Daily Rates
The following describes the minimum fee for daily availability when the client requires reassignment of our right to bill insurance. Your rates may vary depending on the nature of work.
- Daily availability:
- 0700-1500:
- M-Th: $2,000 daily
- F-Su: $2,200 daily
- 0700 – 1700:
- M-Th: $2,400 daily
- F-Su: $2,750 daily
- High volume practice (10 or more cases per day):
- $300 each additional 10 cases.
- 0700-1500:
- Pager call (off site, 60 minute callback):
- $800 nightly
- Callback: $250/hr, 2 hour minimum each call back
- In house overnight call 1500 – 0700:
- $3000 nightly
- Emergency personal attendance:
- $600/hr
- Holiday Differential:
- New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, day after Thanksgiving (black friday), Christmas Eve, Christmas Day or the observed holiday day.
- $1000 additional, daily
- New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, day after Thanksgiving (black friday), Christmas Eve, Christmas Day or the observed holiday day.
- Travel
- Travel time in excess of 60 minutes daily:
- $150/hr, 15 minute increments.
- Reimbursements:
- Lodging: Actual cost, $150 / night minimum. At provider discretion when more than 45 miles from home.
- Airfare: actual cost of economy plus ticket.
- Vehicle: $0.60 each mile for use of personal conveyance or actual rental car cost.
- Availability of group medical equipment in the event the Client or Facilities lack any of the following standard anesthesia devices:
- Syringe pump – $50 daily
- Ultrasound – $200 per procedure
- Video Laryngoscope – $50 per procedure
- Travel time in excess of 60 minutes daily:
Retainer Rates
Same as cash rates, paid in advance, refunded against Bright Line billing and collections received for services provided.
